Columbia Academy’s Studio A is a digital recording studio designed by the world-renowned studio designer, Chips Davis.  The unique L.E.D.E. configured control room was designed with technical training in mind.  There’s a huge producer's desk overlooking the console, plenty of room for everyone and the control room windows provide a magnificent view of the Vancouver cityscape with its mountain background.

The studio itself is large enough for a full orchestra.  Digital recording, mixing, and audio production keep the Studio A control room a busy place. Live acts, musicians and bands provide Columbia Academy RSD students with practical, 'real' projects to work on during training.
